YJJ 33A-015D silicon pressure sensor with temperature compensated piezoresistive type

The 23 and 33 are piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors with temperature compensation in to-8 packages.Provides excellent performance and long – term stability.Offers gauge pressure and absolute pressure ranges from 0-2 to 0-250 psi.Overall temperature compensation in the 0-50°C range is achieved using laser correction resistors.An additional laser-modified resistor is included to standardize pressure sensitivity changes by programming the gain of the external differential amplifier.This provides sensitivity interchangeability of ±1%.
