Saliguard EHGP Preservative (Product Within Wide pH)

Ehgp is a liquid cosmetic preservative based on phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. The combination of ethylhexylglycerin affects the cell membranes of microorganisms, improving the preservative activity of phenoxyethanol.

Ehgp cosmetic preservatives are typically used for about 0.5-1%.

Ehgp will withstand hot processes such as emulsifier preparation and stability in acidity and alkali. It can be combined before or after emulsification but at a temperature not exceeding 80 ° C (heat prolongs to prevent loss caused by evaporation).

Ehgp cosmetic preservatives can be used within a wide pH range and are compatible with most cosmetics.
