All live plants we sell are rooted. We ship out without pot (UPROOTED SHIPMENT), we securely pack the roots with a minimal amount of soil to avoid dryness and wrapped them with Buble wrap and box. We secure and carefully pack the plants for their safety for the long travel.
Plants may encounter yellow and leaves fall off because of the stress during travel and adjustment time on repotting.
