Why use this product
-Fast drying. Excellent build and gloss
-Excellent transparent. Less yellowing
-Excellent chemical and UV ray resistance
-After spray for 3.30-4hrs, it is able to use rubbing compound (at temp 32°C)

Mixing Ratio : C-8009 : H-8099
2 : 1+2K Thinner (Slowly) 5 to 10% by volume
Pot Life : 2-3hrs.
Spray Viscosity : 15-20 sec. / Din cup #4
Nozzle : Gravity Feed 1.3-1.4mm or suction feed 1.7-1.8mm
Spray Pressure : 30-45psi. / 2-3 bar
Dry Film Thickness : Approximately 80-100um, at two medium to wet coats. 1st coat should be applied not too wet.
Allow 15-20 mins flash off time between coat
Hardness (Pencil) : Approximately f alter 1 week at 25°C
Coverage : Approximately 5-5.5 sq.m. per 2 coats base on 1 liter of clear coat base
Air Drying : Dust free 15-25 mins @ 25°C
: Dry though 24hrs @ 25°C
Baking : 40 min at 60°C
Shelf Life : At least 1 year in original sealed package
