The thickness gauge uses a two-in-one probe to automatically identify the properties of the substrate.when the substrate is identified as magnetic conductive material(steel/iron,etc.),the thickness of the coating is measured by electromagnetic induction principle,and the screen shows Fe.when the substrate is identified as conductive material(aluminum/copper,etc.)the thickness of the coating is measured by eddy current effect,and the screen shows Fe.
With calibration function
The same metal substrate needs electroplating because of different requirements(zinc,copper and other metal process requirements are different),which makes the instrument need to adjust the corresponding calibration parameters to obtain more reliable data.users need calibration data at this time.
