Magnesium Oil (30%) is highly concentrated, liquid form of magnesium chloride flakes. Interestingly, it’s not really an oil at all! Magnesium “oil” is simply a coined term for a highly saturated solution of magnesium chloride. Magnesium oil is ideal because it is more rapidly absorbed through the skin.

How to use:

You can take a warm shower or simply wash the affected area. Spray a at least 2-3 times amount of magnesium oil directly onto the affected body parts, or you can spray it all over your body before sleep. Gently massage the area to help the magnesium oil absorb into your skin. Massaging can also provide additional relief to the affected areas of the body.
