Warranty Policy:
Hero Philippines offers a 7-day local supplier limited warranty on selected products and equipment, and such product warranties are non-transferable. All warranties extend to the end user of the purchased product only. To receive warranty support on your product or equipment through Hero Philippines, the customer must provide their full name, contact details, product warranty support card, proof of manufacturer's damage/defects and proof of purchase in the form of your original invoice or online order details.

The customer shall immediately check the condition of the products upon receipt of the product/s and report any “Obvious manufacturing defects” within 3 days of receipt of the product/s, losing any warranty where such verification of compliance is omitted for “Obvious manufacturing defects” or for those discrepancies immediately detectable from simple inspection of the products (e.g., defects in material, colour, integrity, etc.). Furthermore, the customer is required to report within 7 days of receipt of the product/s, any hidden manufacturing defects (e.g. malfunctioning) that could not be detected upon receipt of the product/s. In such cases, after acknowledging the defect, Hero Philippines shall proceed with the repair or replacement of the defective products at its sole discretion.

The 7-day local supplier limited warranty coverage shall be considered void as soon as the product/s has undergone any unauthorized or attempted repair, modification, or dismantling by the customer or other service centers.

What's not covered in the 7-day local supplier limited warranty Product defects arising from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, intentional damage, improper handling (especially for fragile items), natural calamities, etc.
