 DERMA FACTORY Cera-Panthenol 8% Intensive Cream contains ceramide 1%, panthenol 7%, and skin lipid-like ingredient SLLS 2% to take care of the weakened skin barrier and provide deep moisturizing effects. It is a highly moisturizing intensive barrier care cream that keeps dry and rough skin moist for a long time.

 Ceramide, a component of skin lipids, serves as a cement that fills in between the stratum corneum. It protects the skin from external harmful substances and acts as a protective barrier to prevent moisture evaporation.

 SLLS (Skin Lipid Lamellar Sheet) is a liposomal ingredient composed of ceramide, cholesterol, and fatty acids, which are components of lipids in the skin, in a ratio similar to that of skin (4:3:3).

 The liposome technology is a method of encapsulating phospholipids, which are skin-like ingredients, into a double-layered structure, which not only enhances ingredient stability but also delivers active ingredients to the skin more effectively.

Containing 7% ultra-high content of D-panthenol, which forms a skin barrier to prevent loss of moisture, this cream soothes rough and sensitive skin comfortably and delivers deep moisture to the skin. D-panthenol is a pro-vitamin B5 that turns into vitamin B5 when absorbed into the skin to help protect and strengthen the skin barrier.

In addition, for enhanced moisturizing effects, this cream also contains 10% vegetable squalane, 1% jojoba seed oil, 1% shea butter, and 1% betaine.
