All of the plants that we have available for sale are guaranteed to have strong, healthy roots.

When shipping our plants, we take the utmost care to ensure their safety. We pack them securely using a small amount of soil and wrap the roots in plastic or a garden plastic bag, and then the actual plants are also carefully wrapped in paper or a box for protection.

Despite our best efforts, it is possible that the plants may experience some stress during shipping, and may show signs of yellowing or leaf loss upon arrival. It is important for buyers to understand that they are ordering at their own risk, as we are not responsible for any potential shipping delays or mishandling.

To alert the courier to the delicate nature of the package, a fragile sticker is attached to the shipment.

Once the plants have been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage or rotting that may occur.

In some cases, it may be necessary to bend the plants in order to fit them into the shipping box.

Please note that we do not allow cancellations or returns, so buyers should only place an order if they are willing to take the risk.

Before shipping, we will send pictures of the actual plants to the buyer.

Buyers from Mindanao and Visayas should take into consideration the potential for delays, and understand that we are not responsible for any withering, rotting, or yellowing of the plants once they have been shipped.
