Features:

It is for better adhesion of your tape, and it can not be used solely.
Primer ensures better adhesion of paint to the surface, and it increases durability as well as provides additional protection for the material being painted.
It allows things to adhere much better than using any other adhesive materials alone.
It can only be used to promote adhesion of tapes to surfaces such as polyethylene, polypropylene, wood, glass, PET/PBT blends, ABS, metal, concrete and painted metal surfaces.
The bonding surface must be relatively clean and dry, and make sure the primed surface remains free from contaminants before you apply the tape.
