Shipping:
As long as the buyer confirm the delivery address and valid information, arrange delivery within 7 working days after payment. Please provide correct ZIP code, delivery address and valid phone number to avoid delay in delivery.
1) We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or Standard, we will choose the most economical way for you.
2) If the buyer needs to send the package by other means or logistics channels, please contact our sales to adjust the price before payment.
3) Remote location fees are not included, an additional $40 will be charged for remote location addresses listed on the DHL/UPS website.
Import Tax:
Normally we are not liable for any import duties when customs charges or delays occur. If the Buyer refuses to pay the above fees and returns the item to us, we will not resend the package until the Buyer has completed these fees and paid all return and resending fees. The Buyer cannot cancel the order or request a refund based on the above reasons.
Return and Warranty:
All products are brand new products, if you receive defective products, please take the initiative to contact us within 7 days after signing for. We will refund or replace it.
Repairable upon return within 1 year from purchase date.
The customer only needs to send the product to us, and we will send it to the customer again after repair. The cost of sending it again will be borne by the seller.
All returns must take the initiative to contact our after-sales service staff to confirm, briefly explain the reason for return.
An administrative fee will apply for unblemished returns.
We offer a one year factory warranty (excluding parts).
The warranty will expire if:
(1) Damage caused by the following reasons: excessive wear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, negligence, accident.
(2) Any damage caused by improper packing when the Buyer returns the goods.
(3) Unauthorized disassembly and repair.
