REMINDERS:
– We ship orders every Monday to Saturday. No ship out every Sunday.
– Cut-off for next day ship out: 4 PM. Orders placed on a Saturday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
– Maximum pieces per checkout: 12 pcs for 100 g, 6 pcs for 190 g.
– Each candle is wrapped in kraft paper and honeycomb wrap, and each box is filled with recycled paper to secure the candles.
– In case our honeycomb wrap is not available, we use a recycled and disinfected bubble wrap.
– COD is available only through J&T Express.
– Please indicate special instructions or requests on packaging in the notes section before checkout.
– Once order is confirmed, cancellation is NOT ALLOWED.
– NO unboxing video, NO refund for damaged items.
