Once order status has changed to “SENDER IS PREPARING TO SHIP YOUR PARCEL/PENDING PICK-UP”, this is the time that your order is in progress and you do not have the option to cancel it. This is just a small shop with a very few funds. My money and efforts are put to waste everytime someone returns an order. Yes I can still sell the item. But please bear in mind that each baby differs in size and each parent has her own preference so not all returned items are sold right away.

For costume set: You must have at least more than a month of preparation before the event/shoot (refer to LEAD TIME & ETA for more info). Please make sure that you have allotted enough time for processing of your orders and transit time upon shipment. If not, please do not place orders. Let us give chance to those who are willing to wait.

METRO MANILA: 4-7 days
LUZON: 4-8 days
VIS/MIN: 7-12 days

Shopee auto-generates LEAD TIME & ETA once order is placed so you can have a better perspective on when to expect your parcel to be shipped or arrive. I always reply to chats for shipment date, but please refrain from being too repetitive. I do not reply to unnecessary chats especially if the answers are already in the description box and auto-reply, so please read everything.
