Instructions on how to inflate Foil Balloons:

1. Find the opening of the foil balloon. Note that most of the time this is round in shape.

2. There are two layers of aluminum film or plastic at the opening. Insert the nozzle of the hand pump into the 2nd layer of the opening of the foil balloon. If you do not have a hand pump, you may insert a plastic straw instead.

3. Start adding air by pumping the hand pump or by blowing into the plastic straw. The balloon must be slowly inflated and fill up to 90% only.

4. Seal the foil balloon by adding pressure at the opening.
