WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Important: Please avoid clicking “Order Received” before 7 days, as this will close the Shopee return window.

Lasco products come with a 3-month warranty starting from the delivery date, covering any factory defects. If you discover a defect within the first 7 days, you may return the item through Shopee’s return process.

After 7 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the Service Center.

Please note: Items that have been refunded cannot be replaced. To obtain the product again, you will need to place a new order at the current price.

Lasco warranties apply only when the products are used in accordance with the provided operating instructions.

Exclusions from the warranty include:

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

3. Damage caused by natural disasters.
